This service covers both hardware and software configurations of your workstations. If required, we can identify deficiencies in the workstation hardware taking into account each user's individual requirements. Once completed, we provide you with a list of recommended upgrades as well as, where necessary, a quotation for the costs involved.
We assess your existing server infrastructure based on the physical and logical layout of the network as well as the number of workstations and the types of applications that your users require. This assessment is both a hardware and software assessment (similar to that of the workstation configuration assessment) and also takes into account whether the number of servers and distribution of servers is adequate.
We can configure your computers into WORKGROUPS or DOMAINS, the latter being the most secure option. Domain security allows us to "Lock Down" the configuration and information securing the network and thereby reducing unnecessary maintenance costs.
