Remote Support Services


Remote Support Services is offered to clients where an application, or connected device, is not functioning properly and a speedy diagnostic is required.

To offer Remote Support services, the computer must be able to access the Internet using one of the designated support applications mentioned below.

Support is provided using either a Freeware application or paid-for, pre-installed applications (SLA clients only) that are specifically designed for non-intrusive, remote management and maintenance of networked clients.

Remote support will only commence with the user or authorized company representative present to confirm any changes to be made.
