Remote Support Services


Remote Support Service is offered to a client where an application or connected device is not functioning properly and a speedy diagnostic is required. In order to offer Remote Support service, the computer must be able to access the Internet via the designated support applications mentioned below.

Support is provided via a Freeware application allowing our support agent to access your system and making the required changes.

Remote support will only commence with the user or authorized company representative present to confirm any changes to be made.
